We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Allow 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule any service to avoid 50% service charge. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, it prevents someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. We apologize for any inconvenience this presents, but we cannot allow any exceptions. 50% of service payment is required for the following condition: - Less than 24 hour notification to cancel or reschedule. - Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes. No call no show will receive a 100% charge.

We cannot accommodate late arrivals as each service is structured with the appropriate time. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. We value each client's time and cannot allow a clients late arrival to run into the schedule of our other clients. For this reason, if you are 15 minutes late your appointment it will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please be aware that late arrivals will be responsible for 50% payment of the service regardless of how much time is left in your appointment. No call, no shows will receive a 100% charge.

Due to liability concerns and the nature of our services, we do not allow guests to accompany you during your service. Children, family, friends, and pets may be a safety hazard. Please arrange for appropriate childcare.

Deposits are non refundable, deposits on full sets may be transferred to a later date if given 48 hour notice.
